A Father's Proud Moment

A couple weeks ago Drew asked dad if they could go and get all his hair cut off. Of course, dad checked w/ mom - I said fine, as long as he had some left. So they went in and had a #2 trim. I had to admit, it was pretty cute...much better than I thought. And how easy to take care of since all the sand would be easy to get out after playing at school. Then last night Drew wanted his hair cut again - it had gotten a bit longer so I said fine. Dad didn't have a #2 guard, so he went for a #1. He put Drew up on the counter and had him lean over the sink. I was in the kitchen not really paying too much attention until I glance over a see a big glob of hair falling into the sink. I think - I'm ok, it will grow back. Then Drew asks him to stop so he can take a look. Let's put it this way, kinda looked like Grandpa Santa. The top had very little, but the sides still had hair. It was hilarious. They continue until it's all done and Drew looks at dad - Thanks for buzzin' all my hair off dad, I like it when you give me hair cuts! Dad was beaming, you betcha bud, I like giving you hair cuts! So you can imagine this morning he says to dad, um, can you give me another hair cut? :) Not yet buddy!
